Year 7 Catch-Up Grant
How much funding did we receive this year?
This year we have received £15,000 Catch Up Premium. The literacy and numeracy catch-up premium gives schools additional funding to support Year 7 pupils who did not achieve the expected standard in reading or maths at the end of Key Stage 2.

Educational Impact – 2015/2016 cohort
39 pupils arrived at our academy who were not yet secondary ready in English. 29 pupils are now on track; 74% of catch up pupils in English made expected progress. 33% of pupils made better than expected progress.
30 pupils arrived at our academy who were not yet secondary ready in Maths. 26 pupils are now on track; 86% of catch up pupils in Maths made expected progress. 40% of pupils made better than expected progress.
